August Summary
In the month of August, it was the very first few days of the class in which I just started to learn the basics of how to use technology that I was going to be using the rest of the year. I worked on coding HTML ,and Advance JS to improve my skills and learn different languages of computer programming. I learned how to update mac laptops, windows laptop, and iPad when either students, teachers or staff needed help with their technology problems. By learning how to troubleshoot the problem of either giving them their [[#|login]] information to the iPad froze or my app doesn't work was something that I learned that can benefit others and myself; if I am ever in a situation with technology problems. Since iPads were going home, there was inventory to be done to make sure that every student has the proper materials and knows the importance of the iPad. In the month, we also focused on Digital Citizenship lessons and learned the affects of technology on people's everyday life. The Digital Citizenship lesson was to be created into notes and presentation at the end to show our knowledge on the topic.
September Summary
In the month of September, I was able to gain new skills for teaching others how to use a certain technology and solve technological issues. I learned how to use new programs to improve daily tasks to help benefit our work ethics. We also were able to create and share a ticketing system with teacher to allow us the cyber pumas to teach and help teachers understand technology more efficiently. I was able to improve my trouble shooting skills by helping come up with my own solutions and thinking system to solve a problem of a [[#|printer]], projector or laptop. There was a lot of important skills and tricks that will come to benefit sometime in the future to teachers, my peers, and myself. There are programs which allow use to improve out typing skills and help connect our phones to the computer for multi tasking.
October Summary
In the month of October, I mainly worked with the arduino. For instance, I was able to create a zoetrope which spins creating a picture and learning more about the arduino also create other devices using the arduino. A was also able to research designs and programs to use to create a 3D sketch for the upcoming fall project. The programs that could be used is google sketch up on the computers, iPad, or the program rhino which is similar to sketch up. I also worked more with the iPad into [[#|install]] updates and how to restrict certain apps from students. I was able to learn how to make subtitles for a video which is very easy just like coding. Most of October was me working with the iPad or with the arduino in that both allowed me to get more of a hands on experience than everything coming from the computer.
November Summary
In the month of November, I focused more time on the 3D projects and a design for the logo that is going on the capes. I had come up with several designs for the logo but when I present the design there are always little ways that it could be improved so that is still in production at the moment. I was able to solve issues with the iPad which mr. cuevas has taught me and was able to [[#|resolve]] those problems by myself. The iPad could be updated by unlocking the lock of the app store from a special program and then installing/ updating the apps with the [[#|password]] and at the end disabling the app store.
December Summary
In the month of December, I mainly worked on my 3d project and the brainbot robot. For my 3d project I created a coin with the face of a puma in the center and the name "Gertz Nerds" on top and 2016 on the bottom. I had went through many revisions and edits to get the correct format and size using the program google sketch up. For the robot, I was able to add the sensory antennas to it so that it would know where to go when controlled. I troubleshooted sketch up since there were minor problems with the program when not shut down correctly. And for the end of the month I was studying for my final. The final was able dissembling a laptop, identifying key terms, reassembling the laptop, re imaging the laptop, and bonus is to name the causes that a projector might not work when connected to a computer. I tested my knowledge and skills that I have accumulated over the semester.
January Summary
In the month of January, I was able to discover a new program online that allows me to 3D design and the program is called "Tinkercad". I was bale to create many 3d designs as prototypes on the program and advance my skills of using sketchup and tinkercad. In this month, I was able to test out a new app called "Typesy" which is like the ultimate typing on the computer. The app was successfully working and would come in handy is ever used in the classroom with the ipads. I also revised a power point for the self service app that was helpful when presented to the rest of gertz students and teachers. I worked on an Arduino that I began to make with the use of the Arduino book.
February Summary
In he month of February, I was able to assist more students with ipad troubles such as with the self service app, returning/delivering ipads, and zscaler. I also created 3D designs for mr. cuevas using tinkercad and sketchup which I find that tinkercad was much easier to use than sketchup. Also that my designing skills for 3d sketching has improved a lot throughout the month with the use of practice. I also was able to advance a bit more with my individual learning project/plan. I reviewed html and feel confident with my html coding skills at the moment. I have the format for the website that I am creating and would still need to add more details to the code/ website to make it appealing to others. I recorded many videos towards the end of the month about ap bio and created an email where all those videos could be stored. I also was able to help moire students with ipad trouble by resolving it with telling them the proper format for zscaler, uninstall/install self service app, update apps on their ipad, and if their ipad was frozen. I was able to explore other programs of 3D designing on autocad, tinkercad, and websites/programs that where more interactive but manage to explore sites that es could possible use to create their 3D project.

In the month of March, I was able to create a YouTube channel for ms. ng in which videos about AP biology, ecs, and es classes. I was able to understand and comprehend more of the functions of YouTube and imovie through creating short video clips, editing videos and updating videos that I have creating. I have been getting a better understanding on how to shoot videos at certain angles, lighting and the amount to record with taking pictures. In this month I was also able to help more teachers with issues from projectors. I helped mr. Guzman connect an iPad to the projector by getting a proper functioning adapter and changing the sources on the projector. I also helped fix ms. Tracy Ng with her broken projector and did that by changing the light bulb of the projector and cleaning the filter. Another thing that I did this month was record videos for es, their presentations. The AP bio march 10th event I recorded the yoga station and took video so that I can create a video demonstrating the march 10 event to the whole school. I also was able to assist ms. Kim's classroom for the first day and in labs to make sure that the procedures went smoothly and the way it should be. In the month of March, I had worked more on my individual learning project in coding for my website.
April Summary
In the month of April, I had spent the majority of my time working on my website. I was able to received help and assistance from mr. Cuevas and Mr. Lopez. They both had recommended me into using Microsoft visual studio to help create my website. Using visual studio has helped me type the code and see sort of a preview of what my website would look and it has been very beneficial because I then get to know sort of an idea of the end result. I was also able to help a couple of teachers out in the month of April with tech related issues. I helped ms. Wible during the benchmarks due to laptops being low in battery and needing chargers for her room. Ms. Yang, who needed assistance in fixing a laptop that had the settings unrestricted. I helped fix a paper jam with the printer that the resource center had and fix connecting the computer through WiFi to the printer in the college center. There was a time where I was with mr. White and there was a problem in the college center with the printer not connecting to a certain computer and I was able to fix the solution by just connecting the USB cable to the back of the computer. Also mr. cuevas and myself tried to fix a problem with email restrictions that mr. Jacques had but found out that it was an alliance problem and couldn't do much about it. Overall in the month of April, I worked a lot on creating my website and finding solutions to problems that many teachers had in their classroom.
May Summary
In the month of May, I was able to continue with my Individual learning project. I had faced many difficulties and obstacles when coding my website was able to use different websites as resources to find a solution to my problems. I was able to have many of the components that would be "successful" online and also talked about the process for having a website online. I was also able to do help assist more technical problems and independently with little assistance of mr. cuevas to solve the problem. I also spent my time this month helping teachers with their events and solving their technical issues. I was also able to have the majority of my website done with visuals and content to make the audience more interested in technology.

In the month of June, I was able to completely finish my individual learning project. My website was all completed and I was able to talk about ways if publish to be online. The individual learning project were presented and hopefully would spread to a variety of people so that it could influence people to be more interested in technology. I this month I was also able to help mr. cuevas with ipads since it was the season that ipads were being collected before he end of the school year.
