History Fair Event
I was a facilitator for ms. Goldbaums history fair. I was also responsible of grading the freshmen that were presenting then at the end would return the technology that was borrowed from mr. cuevas back to him. As a facilitator for this event, I had to control the laptop, speaker, and projector to make sure it was all functioning so that there wouldn't be any technology problems during the presentation.
Science Project Event
The science event that ms. Yang hosted afterschool around the end of may is what I participated in. I helped with being a facilitator for the event. I had the responsibility that there wouldn't be any problems with technology during the presentation and that the freshmen were presenting on time.

HIIT The Beat Event
On April 11th, some AP Biology students created and hosted an event about health and wellness. Many gertz students, staff and parents attended the event. The event was to motivate exercise in peoples daily lives. Myself with two other helpers recorded the event. I took video of the workout routine that the advance group did and when they measured there BMI. I not only recorded videos but also took pictures of other groups but mainly focused on the advance group. I was able to get some interviews with the people that attended the event the pre and post event. I uploaded the videos and pictures onto the google drive of the mngvideos account. I had made a folder and put it under ap biology. I have yet to upload them to youtube because there were so many videos and many took forever to process because some videos ranged from two minutes to about 20 minutes. The event on itself was very successful and there is proof from pictures and videos that it was a successful event.

While creating my website, I had realized that with many trial and error in the end the results would be better than imagined. I had many difficulties with creating a website using pure code. I never in a million years thought that I would be able to successfully create a website using all code. Through the experience I was able to learn mainly html code, some c++, some java script and a little bit of SQL. I hope in the future to continue to learn more code but for now I would just update the website that I created with any technical help that I can provide with the best of my ability.

Learning Plan for the Semester
What are your overall learning goals ( choose 3)? ex. be an expert on HTML
The main purpose for my website is to review and talk about specific technology. I would be reviewing some different forms of technology that I had experienced with in my lifetime. The three main technology themes that I would discuss is 3d printing, webinars, and coding. I would sometimes talk about other forms of technology but those three themes are the key topics for my website.

What is the purpose for me sharing my website:
The purpose for me sharing my website with the world is to display my abilities coding html by the website present on different computers. To have an interaction with the audience, if they ever are in need of tech support on certain technology.

April Summary
In the month of April, I had spent the majority of my time working on my website. I was able to received help and assistance from mr. Cuevas and Mr. Lopez. They both had recommended me into using Microsoft visual studio to help create my website. Using visual studio has helped me type the code and see sort of a preview of what my website would look and it has been very beneficial because I then get to know sort of an idea of the end result. I was also able to help a couple of teachers out in the month of April with tech related issues. I helped ms. Wible during the benchmarks due to laptops being low in battery and needing chargers for her room. Ms. Yang, who needed assistance in fixing a laptop that had the settings unrestricted. I helped fix a paper jam with the printer that the resource center had and fix connecting the computer through WiFi to the printer in the college center. There was a time where I was with mr. White and there was a problem in the college center with the printer not connecting to a certain computer and I was able to fix the solution by just connecting the USB cable to the back of the computer. Also mr. cuevas and myself tried to fix a problem with email restrictions that mr. Jacques had but found out that it was an alliance problem and couldn't do much about it. Overall in the month of April, I worked a lot on creating my website and finding solutions to problems that many teachers had in their classroom.
May Summary
In the month of May, I was able to continue with my Individual learning project. I had faced many difficulties and obstacles when coding my website was able to use different websites as resources to find a solution to my problems. I was able to have many of the components that would be "successful" online and also talked about the process for having a website online. I was also able to do help assist more technical problems and independently with little assistance of mr. cuevas to solve the problem. I also spent my time this month helping teachers with their events and solving their technical issues. I was also able to have the majority of my website done with visuals and content to make the audience more interested in technology.
June Summary
In the month of June, I was able to completely finish my individual learning project. My website was all completed and I was able to talk about ways if publish to be online. The individual learning project were presented and hopefully would spread to a variety of people so that it could influence people to be more interested in technology. I this month I was also able to help mr. cuevas with ipads since it was the season that ipads were being collected before he end of the school year.

Me: Hey mom, do you remember how a the end of 10th grade I said that I was nervous because I was taking computer science and that I might not be good in the class because of my lack of knowledge
Mother: Yeah, I do remember and you were saying that you wouldn't understand anything but I would always tell you that you could do anything you want to do if you are really passionate about it
Me: Yeah but I would just like to say that I was wrong and that you were right because I have learned so many things in the class that I would expect to learn about technology
Mother: I told you. I always knew that you would be interested in something with technology because that's all that you do and use
Me: I have always been interested but taking this class made me realize that I would want to be in the stem field when in college and a future career
Mother: Well you can do whatever you want and your dad and myself would help you achieve whatever you want to be when you grow up to be but you have to still go to college. That's all that we ask you is to go to college for 4 years and then you can do anything that you aspire to be

Most Enjoyable
ReflectionThe most enjoyable thin in computer science, was being able to learn and be more proficient in my coding. I was able to learn coding which interest me a lot. Coding is something that I found was interesting because one can create anything from a simple language. The more time spent learning and actually coding made my own passion for it grow more because I was able to create something with simple commands and my own creativity. Another thing that I enjoyed about the year was being work with others and learn how to solve technical issues.
Reflection ( year-end): written
One of even worse. In the future, I plan to teach my peers especially the Gertz Nerds about coding html. Knowing any code is beneficial as a skill set for them because many are interested in technology in which coding is one of the major component in a field of computer science. I would want to continue learning other codes so that I can further expand my knowledge on coding for websites and other things
